CHRISTMAS 2010!!!

We Wish You a MERRY CHRISTMAS and a HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Here are some of the FUN things we did this Christmas!
First... the Potin household was introduced to their Elf, "Jesse" :-)
We rode in the Purvis Christmas parade with SANTA!
Jobes and his pal Tessa... kicked back :-) Worn out from throwing all the beads and goodies!
Daddy being silly sporting Tessa's hat!
We saw the Coca-Cola Santa truck!! (several times!) We love to seek it out every year...
We took a trip to the Christmas Tree Farm, which was a great treat :) And although, we didn't purchase our tree from the farm this year, Jobi picked out this little bitty tree and deemed it his "favorite" :) Sweet times
... Decorated the homefront with reindeer, angels, Santas, and other Christmas magic galore :)
... Drew pictures of "Baby Jesus" all season long (he's still drawing them)... this one while USM was LOSING to Louisville in our bowl game! (Note the little light on Baby Jesus... yeaaahh... not sure what that was! The flash, maybe??! Kinda cool!!)
... Celebrated our Annual James Family Christmas Campout at Lake Pelahatchie - Jellystone Park in Pelahatchie, MS! GREAT weekend, precious time with the fam :)
Followed by a trip on the way home to Bass Pro Shop for a picture with the "big guy" himself! SANTA CLAUS! The picture turned out great! The first good Santa year :) (Sorry, I haven't scanned the pic)
A "non-Christmas, just because it was Thursday" gift from my sweet hubs because we don't buy Christmas for one another :) Can't wait to put this little baby to good use in the new year!!!
A Christmas tradition... went to view the Lewis lights :-)
...bid farewell to Jesse after his last night at the Potin home before traveling back to the North Pole for another year! I'm sure he's enjoyed his little break and is now hard at work making toys and joys for next year ;-)

... after seeing and enjoying what Santa brought to us at home, we headed over to the Potins to see that Santa visited THERE too! Jobi was a very good boy :-) (and so was cousin Dylan)
Christmas gives us JESUS, the Son... the most precious Gift of all, FOR all.
GOD gave us the son... our most precious gift of all :-)
THANK YOU, LORD for all your many blessings!!
We pray all of you and your families are BLESSED beyond measure this New Year 2011!
