A New Perspective on Things

Last Wednesday was a busy day - Jobi had SANTA pics at school followed by his 12- month checkup and shots (yuk). Well, we got some cute pics of Jobes with the Christmassy set, however, he would have NOTHING to do with Ol' Saint Nick! Oh well... maybe next year. :) Then it was off to the doc. Jobi was such a big boy getting his shots and Dr. Burks said everything looks great - even though he's just a little small, he's still growing up the charts at his own little pace. He weighed 19 lbs, 1 oz - we were hoping for 20 so we could turn his car seat around. But Dr. Burks said we could "fudge" a little bit anyway and go ahead with it!! So off to Jackson last Saturday we went with our friend "Aunt Bef" to Mustard Seed Holiday Open House with Jobes facing FORWARD!!! He absolutely loved it! The seat looks like it kinda swallows him but it's all good (haha) I know he'll grow into it fast enough and to be honest, God knows I'm in no hurry for that to happen :)
