Back to 4th of July :)

OK, so... Jobes wasn't really sure about the fireworks this year. He kept saying "fireworks ova. nooooo more fireworks!"

This is the first of our fireworks display attendances - at Providence Baptist Church.
It was truly SPECTACULAR!! One I will not want to miss each year from now on! However, after a full day at the Creek with friends and NO.NAP. Jobi wasn't too much a happy camper. Didn't bother sweet little Baby D, though! Poor Mumsie had to sit in the car with Jobes and shield his eyes and ears. He fell asleep right in the middle of the whole thing. Bless his baby heart! I know in a matter of time, he'll grow to love watching fireworks just as much as his Mommy! (and setting them off... when he's OLDER (much older)... as much as his Daddy!!) haha

This was Jobi at his second 4th of July fireworks appearance - our annual community celebration sponsored by our church. It is after his 2+ hr nap :) MUCH better. He enjoyed so much playing with his friends, jumping on all the fun kids jumps and going down the slides and through the obstacle courses. And only still being just a tad bit clingy, enjoyed the fireworks much better this time around, too. Everything's better in Papa's lap, right?
