October 25th, I ran "My First 5K" - a beginner's race sponsored by the Clinic, Forrest General Hospital, and USM. I ran it in 33 minutes, finishing #50 of about 115 participants. Not great... but not too terrible I guess - especially for my first time! I really enjoyed participating and hope to do more races in the future (now if I can just get motivated to get back in to training!)
