USM opened their season last night against Lehigh University from Bethlehem, PA. Final score yesterday was Eagles - 18, Lehigh - 1. This afternoon's final was Eagles - 13, Lehigh - a big fat goose egg. We're not going to the game tomorrow since first pitch is at 11 a.m., smack dab in the middle of church. It's OK... we think Southern Miss has it covered. What a great way to begin the season! GO EAGLES!
Jobi enjoyed the game this afternoon for all of about 15 minutes in the stands before I had to take him out and walk him around. We then ended up in our normal spot in the Right Field Roost. He was much happier there... in his jogging stroller, drinking juice and chowing down on goldfish. Plus, if he screamed and cried, well, you couldn't hear it above the good ol' Saturday sounds of the Roost. Good stuff... we're glad to see baseball here again!

That is the cutest Southern sweatshirt that Jobi is wearing...where did you get it? Chase in completely in love with Seymour, so I know he would love that sweatshirt. Does it run true to size?
